Forgiveness
How can one work on forgiveness from someone who hurt them? (In perspective of a relationship)
You just simply have to forgive them, regardless of how hard it is. Do it for you. Your sake of peace & to not harbor any hate in your heart.
I suggest you look up the REACH Forgiveness program by Everett Worthington.
I hope it works for you and wish you the best of luck as you begin this process. Remember to be gentle with yourself.

Lots of good choices, like forgiveness. Also consider others. Maybe just pick one a day and go through them in whatever order feels right. Never know what you'll discover. Lots of wisdom in those guides!
I'm kinda in that arena right now myself! As for me forgiveness is a awesome thing especially for mental clarity but don't lose who you are in the process if you choose forgiveness set boundaries with that person and explain why your forgive them and make it clear to not take your kindness for a weakness or consequences will occur

Forgiveness doesn't necessitate reconciliation. Feel free to move on rather than trouble yourself with bad weather.

There's plenty of rainbows in life to chase after.
I like that 👌
@powerfulPlum3916,
you don't have to forgive anyone. Just accept, and if one day you might feel the pain and hurt have eased down, that's great.
Forgiveness is never a goal in itself that one should pursue.
