Ghosting

I was in a long distance relationship for two years. He ghosted me a couple of months ago. It has been overwhelmingly hard. I noticed today that he is back in town and I feel anxious and depressed all over again. I just want to run away. I'm so panicky right now.

I understand what you have gone through and ghosting IMO is something people think will be fine and it is for THEM....
but they do not understand what we go thru. wondering why ... what did we do .... why they cannot be honest and say it is over etc... if they pop up again it is your choice if you trust again but remember how they did this before ... it was easy for them they will do again.
