Far too many IMO do this and it seldom if ever works out. being alone can suck but until we can deal with being alone i do not think we can really be in a relationship fully.
I ended up blacked out drunk

Yes, badly. He got too serious about the relationship and was a little bit of a psychopath. Had to ask for my family's support to get rid of him.
