She's an avoidant attachment person and I'm a anxious attachment person

She ends the relationship this Sunday with a bad way, she dosent even wants to talk with me she just said I'm done the whole on that day

Now I can't forget about her and it's so stressful for me and I'm thinking about her all the time and I missed her so much

I texted her today asking how are you doing? She just said I'm doing good and didn't asked anything from me and ended the conversation

I don't know what to cuz while we were together I felt alive and felt that I found the right person

@ambitiousOwl662

I'm so sorry she broke up with you.

And you are hurting.

It's raw

And it will take time to heal 💚

I know this situation hurts, especially when you still care and the person you reached out to doesn’t give the same energy back. But one thing you have to remember is this: love is never supposed to be forced. If someone doesn’t want to continue the conversation, doesn’t show interest, or doesn’t meet you halfway, then that’s already an answer.

You shouldn’t have to convince someone to care about you or to stay. Love, attention, effort — all of that should be mutual. If she’s choosing not to give interest, why pour your heart into someone who isn’t pouring back into you? That only leads to more pain.

Yes, it hurts. And it’s okay to admit that. But this is also the time to choose yourself. Take time to heal, to grow, to reconnect with who you are outside of that relationship. Sometimes letting go isn’t losing — it’s protecting your peace.

I say this from experience. I’ve been cheated on, and instead of forcing things or falling into depression, I chose to love myself and heal before stepping into something new. And now, I’m genuinely happy. Not lonely — because being alone and being lonely are not the same. Peace is better than forcing a connection that no longer exists.

If someone is meant to be in your life, they won’t make you feel unwanted, confused, or unsure. They’ll choose you freely. Until then, invest that love back into yourself. You deserve that.

Same happening with me. After break up I'm just broken, lonely. Life feels like drag. It's been more than 5 months of break up going through so much depression in my life 😞

@powerfulHouse9182

Loneliness is the hardest thing to deal with

All you can do is give her space and keep yourself occupied, come here, when you need to talk, but never put your energy into anyone that's not giving you the same energy back , you deserve better 💚

I know. It all happened after break up everything was perfect when we were in relationship. I have given her space that she needs. She went through the councelling they tell her I'm a red flags. What they know is the situation but we know eachothers soul. Better than sessions we known eachothers more than year. I can do anything to get her in my life but she said she's moved on. I'm afraid if she won't come back

I miss her a lot can’t sleep at all, remembering all the time that we spent together all the smiles and the way she looks at me.

Honestly speaking, I'm in the same exact situation and i really don't know to handle it.

He's an avoidant attachment while I'm anxious

And out of nowhere he just wanted to end without any damn reason , even tho I begged him so much he just kept blocking me everywhere not giving 2 *** about this

It's just hard to process how easily they gave up on the relationship, which is making me think whether was there even love in the first place.

I don’t feels like I’m living, while we were together for the first time in my life I felt that I’m living again and I don’t feel that anymore, it feels like someone pushed me to a dark hole without a light. I can’t hold it’s so hard. This is the first time that I cared about someone in my life and now I’m sinking every single day.

I read this post and cannot stop thinking about what happened past Sunday... I blocked him everywhere. Then he sended me sms saying hurtful things... I wish he regrets saying those things to me but who knows since I blocked him everywhere.

I'm sorry, I don't really know what to say to you in this moment but you should continue with your life I know It's hard when thoughts come and go all the time. Keep doing your things as usual, try meeting with friends, talk about this with people you feel there's confidence.
