Heartbreak and Loneliness
Was in an on and off again relationship with my girlfriend for 5 years. While we were still together she started a relationship with someone else and cheated on me.
She was all I had throughout college and we went through so much together. I don’t know what to do now. I feel very alone and upset.

I am sorry you are alone and upset. the item about on again off again it is like training wheels not really ready to be on all the time but a safety net for each other to not be alone. not sure if one or both of you could not or would not commit. She has moved on so as much as it sucks you will need to move on too.
history with someone or been thru things is not enough to be together ... look at it as a new chapter in life or moving up a new level hope you find new person that you will make new memories with.

It's hard to navigate but with time,but does get better and you begin to heal.
You deserve to find someone who puts you first and doesn't mistreat you.
