My bf of 2.5 years has recently come think that women have it easy unlike men who people keep on asking for help and things, so he has decided to feel nice as a woman, so that people can give him the attention and less responsibility of a man

And said the other reason for him to become that is because I wasn’t available the past couple of months for him, which I had already told him I couldn’t because of work and family issues

however it seems whatever I do is not enough and now he’s saying I can only get my man back when I deserve him

Idk what to do, I love him so much, I can’t let go

I understand you love him, but he's being very immature at this time, what he claims about women is ridiculous. And you don't need to answer for being there for your family.

Relationships are not about with holding love until they feel like giving it.

You deserve to be respected and appreciated and to have honest and proper conversations, not childish ones.

You deserve someone who has your back too 💖

I’m not sure if this will work, but you can give it a try. If you’re with him, just hug him tightly.let him feel your embrace and comfort. If you’re apart, use words to mimic that warmth, so he can feel happiness and peace.

Sometimes I think people don’t need specific solutions. A hug can fix the problem. He might just be under a lot of pressure lately. He makes you feel like you have to solve something, but that’s not really the case…

You can refer to those meditation guidance videos online.for example, telling him to close his eyes and then speaking gently: "I’m brushing your forehead softly....just like that.....You guide him through a meditation, leading him to imagine you’re right beside him.

i always struggle to understand how some men think that way. women have been oppressed by the patriarchy for centuries and now we've got our rights to do what men have done all this time.

men who think women have it easy only see things from a surface level. men dont experience periods, pregnancy, or childbirth. society only expects them to be financial providers thats it. women are expected to cook, clean, raise children and also somehow have a career.

if there is physical proof that women suffer more u can show him the amount of women who have experienced SA. globally 1/3 women have experienced it at least once in their lifetime. thats crazy right?
