He tells me he's not into any other girls but his emails say otherwise..

I was doing some digging I know I shouldn't ave been doing so it's kind of on me. I looked at my boyfriends emails (that I think he doesnt remember I have access to?) and I noticed he was following skirby (a thirst trap Tik Toker) because of those emails of "__ posted!" which was so weird to me because he blocks every account like that on his In Stagram and part me was thinking maybe it's one of those things where tiktokers buy followers or something until I saw there was more than one account he was following and the emails were opened so it upset me even more knowing he saw the girls but didn't bother to unfollow them. What's worse is i saw he opened an email that notified him about that one girl he knows in real life that I dont have a good feeling about and another thirst trap girl. What made me even more upset is that he has his following list set to private so I know there's even more hiding in there probably. He's asleep right now so I can't even confront him. I just feel so betrayed. I haven't slept all night. I dont even know how to approach this.
