How do I know if a guy still want to get to know me?

I was in a semi talking stage with a guy and it was going perfect. But my friend decided to directly ask him whether he is interested to me and told him to *** off if he is. I‘m still very eager to get to know him but since my friend wrote him he is answering very coldly and doesn’t reach as much. I also sent him a voice message apologizing for my friend.

The best way is direct IMO...
we all did the ask your friend to ask someone else etc ... way too much goes wrong in using go between's like that. you can just let him know you would like to get to know him better ... either he is willing or not but at least you will know
