How do I move on.
I just left my ex. He cheated on me. I loved him and he loved me. I just struggling trying to forget him. I am so messed up right now. Im so heartbroken. I loved him, I want to talk to him I want it to be how it was. But I cant I won't.

These things do take time. -hugs- I am proud of you for standing up for yourself and not allowing this behavior to stand. I know that you hurt right now but with time, you will find that you move on naturally. Give yourself the space to feel, to cry, to be angry. Do you have any friends or family that can help emotionally support you?
I have some people i could probably talk to but no friends

Yeah its was my first relationship. First time feeling pain like this.

The first heartbreak can be tough because you don't have any backup knowledge on handling it. I am sorry that you're hurting so much right now. Although this is your first breakup and first heartbreak, I imagine you have felt upset in the past about something. What normally helps you when you are feeling sad?
Hmm I never felt pain this bad before but the last time I was upset I remember getting a good hug and eating ice cream. Lol

Ice cream and good hugs tend to be the best for heartbreaks, so you're on the right track. These people you mentioned earlier, anyone you can share a tub of ice cream with and be distracted or have a nice hug?

It was just plain vanilla ice cream sandwiches and vanilla ice cream bars dipped in chocolate
