How to communicate with female partner?

Hello, I am female, mid 20, in a 5 years relationship. Lately it feels as the relationship falling apart, we argue constantly, we reach a common ground but again we argue. So, how can we go through disagreements and discuss issues properly?

Communication is a skill it takes time to get beyond bad communication in the past.  The only way to end circle arguments is to end is to settle once and for all.   I feel we often find common ground or what I call it settling because we are not making progress.

I get mad not at the item happening in the moment... it is the underlying issue.   We cannot resolve if we are talking about different things ... as a partner we also have to tell partner directly even if uncomfortable, so they do not confuse our point.  the core issue not the other items they think is the issue.

It's frustrating when it seems like nothing is getting fixed. When you discuss these issues try and do it when you're in a calmer head space.

Either you can bring in someone neutral to help you both find common ground and mediate it.

Or perhaps think about writing down the key issues and what you're prepared to do to compromise and then one at a time talk, so the other can listen and understand and work from there.
