I am a failure

Hi everyone. I have been with this guy for 15 years. In that 15 years, we have been married for 9 and are blessed with 3 kids. He thinks that he is a good husband and father just because he could provide. Actually, we both have work. Since I don't usually go out of the house because I have a baby and I don't know how to drive so my ATM card is with him. We are both earning but he acts like he is the only one tired from work. At home, he plays with his phone during his vacant time while I am caring for my three kids. He doesn't help at all. He would even throw his clothes anywhere for me to pick up. He would constantly yell at me if I don't do things right. He also cheated on me with a teenager. He said he is willing to treat me like a princess if I accept his womanizing ways. Which I didn't agree so I told him that we should end things. He would beg me to stay and he began treating me well. Then when we were fine he would just wake me at the middle of the night to tell me that he doesn't love me anymore. He is now a VP of a company because of me. I made his research which made him known and accepted into that company. I even paid his old debts so he can resign at his old job which made me financially unstable right now. He is earning more and he knows that I am more vulnerable now because of postpartum blues and my stress at work, he decided to drop the bomb and end things. He doesn't even want to move out. Now, I am stressed out. All I want is some love and respect. I feel like a failure right now

@CutiePi08 it sounds like you are having a tough time at the moment. You are completely valid to want love and respect from your partner. You recognise this and have reached out on here which isn't always an easy thing to do. You're not a failure. We help and support the people we love and care about because we see their successes as our own successes and relationships are about sharing the highs and lows. Have you spoken to him about what you want from the relationship? How did you respond to how he wants things to go now?

Take it easy
