I can't stop thinking about her
I've hid every single follower from viewing my story on *** except for her. I just want one small moment of attention from her. I've trying to get over her ever since I've found out she's in a relationship but it's just so difficult.
@brightDay6709 i'm sorry for my crush has a gf so i can't do anything just watch him
@FATIMA000 sorry for you*
I’ve done the exact same thing after a breakup, so I understand how you’re feeling. The only way I was truly able to move on was to block myself from everything. It was hard but it’s the only thing that helped me heal.
I’m also going through the same thing right now. My first breakup has been so unbelievably painful and I can’t seem to get it to stop, but I have found a few things that have at least eased some of it. Firstly, you need to recognize whether or not they are reciprocating the same thing you are. Have you noticed that they always find ways to make you jealous or maybe always view/ like your posts? Or does she seem unbothered and unfazed by your efforts, rather spending time with friends or other guys. Once you acknowledge if you actually may still have a chance with her is when you can choose to stop or continue the chase. But if she really doesn’t feel the same, please stop, you’ll seem desperate and weak. That’s where step 2 comes in. Focus on becoming a better version of yourself. It may sound cheesy and cliche but it really does work. If this person caused you so much pain and made you believe you don’t deserve them. Make yourself someone that she doesn’t deserve. Glowing up will make her realize what she missed out on. Another way I cope is to write, a lot. Either get a pen or your notes app on your phone and just pour your heart out. Again, doesn’t seem like it’ll work but please just try it. If you’re going to waste your time laying in bed doing nothing but thinking about her, at least do it while writing. You can also reach out to her friends and ask them how she feels about it. That’s how me and ex realized that we weren't mad at each other, just too embarrassed to talk after the break up. Also, if you don’t mind me asking, why did she break up with you? If I know then I can help you work out a better plan. My experiences are a lot different than yours, and the fact that I’m a girl. If you want to know how (some) girls hide their feelings or what we do after break ups just respond to this or dm me. But please please please don’t waste your time on one single person. Worse comes to worse find yourself a rebound, that’ll make her really jealous and will distract you. Listen to happier by Olivia ;) good luck and have a better day than yesterday. Take things one step at a time you got this
