Idk what do I want or what I’m doing

I’ve never been in a happy stable relationship ever. I dated a guy who I had to leave due to some reasons. But he came back after a few years since he’s more settled in life now and I thought I’d accept him this time. He’s the nicest guy but somehow I don’t feel the spark with him. So I went on other dates which he got to know about. Now my self esteem in front of him and myself has gone so low. What is right and what is wrong?

It's ok if you don't feel the spark, just be honest with him about it. It's not fair for him to get excited about you when you are not interested, but it's also not fair to you to try to fit a puzzle piece that just doesn't fit.

I would suggest to explore your feelings, if you are not sure. What are you looking for in a partner? In a relationship? What attracts you? What turns you off?

Relationship is kind of follow your heart and also follow your mind thing. Follow your heart means you have chemistry with that person; Follow your mind, you know what kind of person most suitable for you. For example, if you have bad temper, it’s better you have a partner with less temperament. If you are generous, your partner feels the same way that money is not the most important part in our life. If you love spending money on your hobbies, your partner has no problem with that. You might wanna discover who you are, what is the essential need for you in a relationship, what personality you appreciate the most when you consider connecting with a potential partner…Good luck:)
