My partner doesn't want to break up , while he says he loves me he do Otherwise i told him to stop this behavior multiple times but he kept doing it and when i tell him let's break up i can't do it anymore he says no and it's normal to feel like this blah blah

I you do not like his behavior but he keeps doing it that is time to either make a compromise
and yes in relationships there will be many compromises. if whatever behavior is will be a deal breaker for you...it is perfectly OK for you to have boundaries....
some will tell you love is just accepting whatever is BS. love is not being walked on and disrespecting your boundaries.
