Hi so I've been in a relationship for almost a year now and for the past week I've been feeling really confused and lost with my feelings. It feels like I'm losing feelings but I don't want to, I want our relationship to continue staying long term and staying strong because I love my boyfriend so much and don't want to lose what we have. I also believe it's been messing with my memory too, is there any kind of tips?

@moldyorange

Losing feelings for someone happens.  It may not be what we think we want or what we ever imagined.  I myself have  had that and have tried to deny it.  The things are not the same there is no spark like there was the connection is broken.

    We tell ourselves "no, we love this person" and it has to be wrong.      When we fight our thoughts IMO our memory is part of that and the memories get fuzzy as we may be challenging our memories or thoughts.  When we lose feelings we may question of when it started to fade  or how it started ... and if it was real to begin with. I think we want to defend our choices.

It is similar IMO to people I have known that had  over the top relationship and made such a big PDA deal and when it fails they claim they were never really in love.... it is OK to realize you had something and it faded away.
