I don’t know what to do

I feel very lonely and tired in my relationship. My partner never gets excited for me, doesn’t do anything for my birthday or holidays, makes me feel stupid and worthless most of the time. I have a lot of mental health issues so I feel like everything he says about me is true and that I’m just going truly crazy. I feel like I’m just the problem and I make everything bad I feel so alone and exhausted I have no friends to talk to either I’m so alone. This is my first relationship no one has ever wanted me before so it’s not like anyone else will ever say they love me. I’m scared to go back to being completely alone all day everyday what should I do? Am I really that bad?

@RinnieMinnie

You are not that bad 💛

And don't let him ever make you doubt yourself and feel like no one will love you.

He should be happy he's in a relationship with you, not making you feel like he's doing you a favour.

Never forget, he doesn't determine your worth now or ever 💛

And he needs to start acting with respect and care, the core foundations of any relationships 💛🤗

When we let others treat us like we are less than or we stay because a bad bf is better than none it shows you need to spend time really getting to know and love yourself.  It is true when you love yourself others see it and like us better. I have done it and it was a big change instead of worrying about what others think.

People can be indifferent or even mean but we have controls over how we feel.  We control our feelings we chose to ruminate over things or read too much into a comment or action.... re read texts and decide it means something else assume the worse .... or choose to let it go.         That happens when the person who walks away knows their worth.    We can choose to feel great about ourselves and when we do that any petty thing someone does simply does not affect us.
