I don't know whether to completely cut her off now

We were better off as best friends and now we've lost eachother, it seems like she's moved on but I'm still stuck. I cant take the fact that she has a bf and I told her I needed a break, I didn't specify why though. I keep looking at both of their social media and it's really not helping. I've considered deleting my account but I know that I have still have the ability to look at them. I had these accounts for a long time and it would suck to see them get deleted , I just don't know what to do anymore. Also cutting her off without letting her know seems mean and I don't really feel like messaging her , it's been five months and I have let myself collapse every time

@CatLover003

Hi I can totally understand your reasons for wanting to cut things off, especially if you’re finding yourself stuck. In time you may find yourself with a different frame of mind and even resume as a friendship.

I hope things work out ok for you.

I think you love her but she is now trying to move on. While you are stuck, with a hope that things might improve, perhaps she will come back.

But my friend, getting stuck will only cause more harm. I think you should cut off her account, like block list it without bothering what she thinks. Because, seeing her with another man every day of social media is mentally taxing.

Also, once you become somewhat stable, try to move on yourself and freeze any hopes of reversal.

Though, I am not an expert on relationships, i still have seen break ups like this.

And best way is to move on in my POV.
