I feel like im losing my mind

Lately, things haven’t been going too well. Before I met this girl, I was honestly happy. I mean, yeah, I got lonely sometimes, but life felt normal—I was content, just doing my thing. Then she came into my life and completely pulled me in. We talked every day, shared so many laughs, and had the kind of conversations that made time disappear.

After a month or two, we started dating, and it felt amazing. She used to remind me how much she loved me, call me sweet names—it felt real. But over time, we went through a few breakups. We were on and off, and now we’re trying again, taking things slow… but it just doesn’t feel the same.

She’s different now. Not as caring. More distant. It’s like the girl I fell in love with isn’t there anymore. I go to sleep crying, wake up crying, stuck replaying everything in my head—wondering what I did wrong. I’ve been watching sad videos, reading old messages… I just feel lost. I don’t know what to do anymore. Then yesterday I sent her a goodnight text and I got ghosted for the entirety of the day, and I haven’t heard from her since. I know she’s been ignoring me because she’s posted on her *** and has been active. I don’t know what to do, any advice on how to get over this?

@secretBranch4044 Well, you are in a difficult situation, but there is a way out of all this. Unfortunately, the characteristic of many partners who are not very honest and adequate is to use and manipulate the other. At first, everything was fine, because she did not have the opportunity to behave like this. Now she saw that in your life she is everything. And now she behaves like this. It is largely her fault, but you must act in a mirror manner. If you are strong, you will either fix the situation or just get rid of this burden. Focus on yourself, no matter how difficult it is. Be active too, keep yourself restrained but respectful. Be who you should be. She is just a girl and you deserve a good attitude. Hold on!

To be really honest, without knowing the main problems between you it is hard to comment. I think you should focus more on the part "What I did so that she changed this much?". I am trying to answer your question from a woman perspective. Most of the time we love and care, when we believe we can build a future together. I'm concerned she lost this with you. If she doesn't see a bright future, it is normal to ignore. If you want to save this relationship, try to focus on the problems. Be clear, communicate with her. Try to understand what wrong from her side. That might be a solution.
