I feel used
I have a girlfriend we are 4 years together, she's foreigner in my country , I help her get a temporary Residence card here in Poland , I struggle with all the paperwork and other documents ..
And now that she finally have a TrC card for only 2 weeks she said she's going to trip to Paris for one week
I feel so used and hurt I feel she taken advantage of me
I know as a partner I should support her but I feel so used so hurt it feels like she just waited for the TRC to start exploring without me...

did she suggest you come with her and the timing did not work? or did her attitude change once you helped her get this status?
I can understand how you could feel used. maybe she just felt a relief that this hurdle is over and wants to do things asap... i hope it is that instead of her seeing you as someone who could get her what she wants.
No she never suggested that she wants me to go with her , she just told me she's going…
I see a little bit of changed attitude now when I express my feelings and told her how I feel about her trip she got defensive and told me I exaggerated too much and I am too jealous..
So I am conflicted now how to act and how to feel..

you telling her how you feel about her going should not make her defensive or say you are jealous.... sounds like deflecting as she knows what she did in using you and thinks you simply have not thought she did that.
