I have a dutch suicid@l insomniac hallucinating boyfriend on drugs that got the insomnia, su1cidal tendencies and hallucinatioms

Hello, I'm a 23yo Bulgarian girl who started trying to talk to boys in the romantic way at 22. I got a boyfriend, he loves me a lot but recently his ex started stalking him. He hot insomnia, hallucinations and suicidal tendencies. I have anxiety and family problems and all night i was begging him not to end it. He was worried about losing his job from insomnia and hallucinations and he would have to leave me and go back to his country. His country The Netherlands traumatized him a lot with the crime and free drugs. And leaving would mean leaving me. And the same night mom had scolded me im a burden with my anxiety. More context : My leg is sprained and im at mom's depending on her, he's in a different city. But i don't want to break up with him because I'm afraid he will find someone else.
