I need help
“Hello, I really need someone to talk to. I’m in a relationship that is making me feel anxious, hurt, and confused. I love him, but I don’t feel valued or secure.”
“He ignores me, chats other girls, and doesn’t treat me the way I treat him. I even support him financially sometimes, but I still feel like I’m not enough.”
“Today is my birthday, and I feel very emotional and hurt. I don’t know whether to stay or leave. I feel like I’m losing myself.”
“I need help understanding what to do and how to protect myself.”

Okay, to start with: how old are you?
And why are you in a relationship where you’re not getting the security, stability, peace, and reciprocity you’re looking for?
What is it that you truly love about someone who makes you feel hurt, confused, and not enough? Love and kindness should be mutual. Otherwise, the relationship becomes toxic.
It’s understandable that you’ve developed a certain attachment, but that is not a sign of a healthy or stable relationship especially if what you want is a genuine long-term commitment.
From what you’ve described, it really seems like this guy does not see you as a true partner, but rather as someone he can take advantage of and receive what he wants from, without giving the same care or support in return.
You yourself have already recognized that you are starting to lose yourself by being with him. If that’s the case, then deep down you already have your answer you just need time to process the situation so you can fully accept, with clarity, what is happening.
The best thing you can do right now is focus on yourself and your own life, instead of being so centered on his needs.

you are enough period
If he is mistreating, you like that but expects your support and financial support he is using you. protect and respect yourself and if you chose to stay set clear boundaries of what you will tolerate.
No matter how much you give and accept he will not change and respect and love you the way you want.
