I really need some advice.

I feel suffocated in my three-year relationship, despite my attempts to express my concerns to my partner. The constant arguments and feeling like my entire life revolves around my partner have made me consider breaking up several times. However, my partner doesn't take my desire to end things seriously, believing that things will eventually improve. I, on the other hand, see no signs of change. With no close friends or family to confide in, I'm seeking advice on how to navigate this challenging situation. Considering online therapy options for support and guidance, I want to prioritize my emotional well-being and make a decision that's best for me. Additionally, the fact that we've planned to pursue our masters together, including moving to the UK, makes the idea of breaking up even more difficult and daunting for me to consider, despite my growing realization that it may be necessary for my happiness.

If someone can chat with me, that would be more helpful.

If the concerns are not being met and you are just going through the motions .... moving to a new country to finish your education makes it less likely you will make a change then....

waiting for it to "get better" is wasting time and opportunities for you to be happy and finding a healthy relationship.  At a certain point in your life you will see time is precious and regrets are forever.... you know how you feel .... they dismiss your feeling that this is not working and want you to just get over whatever your concerns are.... online therapy is an option and many are reasonable and do take some insurance ... having some one talk even if you talk out loud helps.

i saw this yesterday and i am letting it sink in on me ... really letting it be apply to my items.

1. Look beyond what is ...and focus on what could be.   2. Know your "why" and keep it close and in your mind. 3.  Don't wait for others to open a door for you.
