It's complicated
For a little background I'm in a poly relationship, me and my girlfriend(R) got together 5 years ago then we found our boyfriend (B) about 3 years ago.
I started working a new job and got a huge crush on one of my coworkers (S). Like took up multiple shifts just so I could work with her and I'd bake things to give her. S started getting close to both R and myself but S was vv much more interested in R than me. R and S had an established relationship for approx. 3 months before S also started seeing me.
I don't know if it's my mental issues but I felt a true connection with S. Whenever I'd go over we laughed and had a good time I genuinely felt at home with them and haven't felt like that with either of my base partners.
But theyd never take me on dates and i was almost always the one engaging in conversation and tyrying to plan visits. We were together for 6 months when out of nowhere she messaged saying she 'didn't have time' for me. And now I've been unfriended on snap.
I feel so betrayed since just a week before I'd asked and confirmed if they still had feelings for me and she'd said yes then turned around and did this. They said it's cause they don't have time but then I see how much time they spend with R and know it's a matter of me not being a priority.

Sorry you are going through that. To love someone have them (what seems to me) just placate you and string you along without returning the same level of your love is an awful feeling. It has been three days since you posted, has anything else happened? Hopefully you are still able to turn to R and B during this time, but I also know you said that you felt the most drawn to S. If your current partners are not fulfilling your needs, maybe it is time to actively look for a... replacement for S? You deserve someone that will honestly return your level of love. Maybe you can use this awful situation as a catalyst for searching for that someone. I'm not saying to say goodbye to R and B of course. What does R think about all this?
