Just letting it out
Going through marriage problems. Wife says she wants out but I honestly don't think she wants it. She has other medical problems along with severe depression. My anxiety is at an all time high and I feel neglected. I don't want to feel this way but can't help it
@tidySea8802 it sounds like you're carrying a lot right now uncertain about your marriage, worried about your wife's health and depression, and struggling with your own anxiety. That's a really heavy load for anyone to handle. It makes sense that you feel neglected and overwhelmed; your feelings are valid. You don't have to push yourself to feel differently right now. It might help to find a safe space like a counselor or therapist-where you can process all these feelings and get support in managing your anxiety. You deserve care and understanding too.

Thank you for sharing this. It sounds incredibly heavy. Being in the middle of marriage uncertainty while also worrying about your partner’s health can be overwhelming, especially when your own needs feel unseen. It’s okay to admit that you’re anxious and hurting. Loving someone who’s struggling with depression doesn’t erase your need for care, reassurance, and connection. Your feelings don’t make you selfish; they make you human.
I hope you can find moments to care for yourself, too, and if possible, reach out for support for you as well.
Dear @tidySea8802
Thanks you very much. I'm in a good relationship with my bf but my parents thinks he is no good. They forbid me chatting and talking to him. Ban my chatting account and delete our whole conversation. I think he is crying right now. I feel bad about me. Very bad. I hope he is fine. Thanks you very much.....
