Learning to Love
Geeeeeeez. So we’ve been extremely sick, then we had a HUGE….come to Jesus moment(not an argument but an unveiling if you will) where we had to unearth and acknowledge some hard truths. And now it’s up to be to setup a meeting where we can be intimate. But the problem is I don’t feel….turned on. I don’t feel like being intimate. My cycle starts next week and by that point it will be a whole month since we’ve been intimate. Im having anxiety about trying to reconcile and fix things because he already feels undesired by me. And feels like if he doesn’t initiate we won’t ever be intimate. I don’t want him to feel like that but with the month we’ve had I’m just….uninterested. I really just don’t wanna be bothered with anything. I barely feel like interacting. But I feel so selfish. Any tips and tricks? Any suggestions? How do I get my groove back and out of my head?

You are not selfish.
Intimacy is a gift, a shared moment, not an entitlement.
You don't owe anyone anything.
You were sick, tired, lacking energy.
Don't be so hard on yourself.
Do what makes you feel happy.
Why not go for dinner, and drinks, and connect, and then build up to things, candles, massages, allowing yourself to feel more sensual, but if it's what you fully want 💚

You are so sweet Amanda thank you
