My whole mood depends on how my boyfriend treats me. Also I feel really very lonely cause obv he is always busy or sleeping. So can anyone please talk with me!?

I will say if you know you are too dependent on his response it may be a good solution long term to have your moods mostly depend on yourself.
Idk how to depend on myself when he is just on my mind. And at this point I don't want to love him this much but Idk why I can't love him less!?
I'm going through something similar, and I really want to talk to people too, I've been crying for days, my girl broke up with me 3 weeks ago. And nothing has gotten better. We dated for 2 years and 4 months, shes talking to another guy whether she likes him or not idk, but she said she is trying to forgive me, and I took initiative to protect myself by telling her I wanted 2 weeks of no contact, as being her friend right now hurts me more than does good.
I am dealing with the similar thing where I've depended on her so much for my emotions.

It was constant trust issues and arguments. She got overwhelmed by me putting all my emotions into her.
