Love but not in love
My husband of 5 years has recently told me that he loves me, but he is no longer "in love" with me. I've read online that this happens and that it's okay, but now I feel depressed, anxious, and awkward because I don't know what to do. I thought our relationship was going really well and was about to take the next step (trying for a child), but after this and some reflection, I feel kind of numb about everything. Any advice?

What happened after he said that? What did you say? Did he elaborate?
Well he was saying how our connection has changed and how we've been working on ourselves independently but not as a couple.

It does happen when we spend more time on ourselves and not doing couple things...
it is hard to get back on track IMO. Some think they can accept that but i found it is just not enough. without the in love portion. Do you both want to rekindle things... have you had a deep conversation about what you really want.
I feel like that would be a really good step.

I let it go waiting for the moment etc now feel it is too late we are roommates nothing more.... it also is hard on what is left of feelings
