Married single parent
Does anyone feel lonely while married? He's a good guy I genuinely believe so, but everything else is a priority over me. Work, his family the kids, just everything. Is it selfish to want more attention and time?

Many have felt like that........ when other things like kids work even if they have a hobby seems to come before us. Speak up ... tell partner how you feel. try to convey it in a way they get it not a try to do better that lasts for short times and then back to the same old pattern. It is not selfish it is really better for everyone to fix this crack before it becomes a break. harder to put back what is broken then to seal a crack.
Do not wait until someday or whatever work pace slows kids get older etc by the time that happens you may lose feelings, I know that I did. I worried speaking up or making it known was selfish or needy buy instead the alarms were going off on marriage and I did not address problem soon enough.
