Me + Boyfriend Trust Issues
We both have trust issues and insecurities, especially him currently and I don't know what I can do to help his overthinking of me cheating (just to clarify i'm not). I reassure him and I don’t know how much it helps but I wanna do more. He has cheated in the past and I am not fully over it but I am at a point where I can function and it's not overwhelming. I just get stressed out and anxious because what started this is someone made fake screen shots of me cheating and sent them to him so now he has some doubts even though it was proven fake. I get very nervous because he sometimes is very cold when he feels this way and is rude in a way, we talked about the way he reacts when he feels this way and he has limited himself but he still has these bursts sometimes but he has been getting better. He has been kind of ignoring me because he’s feeling this way as well because he’s upset.

You've done nothing wrong at all.
He had already cheated.
He shouldn't have a problem with trusting you, frankly it's the other way round.
You never have to accept rudeness or being ignored.
Good relationships are about trust, communication and honesty and you deserve the same energy back that you are giving him, I really hope you get it, you deserve it 💜💕

The reality is if he believes social media knowing how easy it is to fake photos...he is not acting very mature. Maybe he is not ready to have a grown up relationship.
If he is continually accusing is it cover that he is up to something? sometimes that is deflection.
This requires deep communication not just talking.... but understanding and having faith in each other. The constant defensiveness to prove you are not doing anything grows old... this is what breaks people up. Some figure if every other day they are accused .. they bet they CAN find someone better.
