Misunderstandings

I think my girlfriend and I are going to break up. I couldn't stop crying today. I've been in a relationship with this girl for eight months, but we've only been officially dating for a month since I proposed. It has been complicated from the beginning, we often have arguments over silly things and misunderstandings. I feel like I'm not good enough, and I think she feels the same way. She's always asking me if I still like her, if I love her, if I feel good with her. I feel good with her and I love her, but repeating the same situations every day is tiring. It's like I make a gesture, she asks me what's wrong and literally nothing happens and she already thinks I'm angry or upset. We love each other very much, we feel too much, but I think that could be the problem.
