Mom and I fighting over her correcting my emails

Background:

Whenever I have important emails to write and I pre-write them  and then Mom has to  look at them to "see about grammar and spelling mistakes" or else "I will look stupid"   but when Mom's so busy she will keep putting it off which means I have to keep bugging her.   And that means at some point we both snap because she wouldn't let me send my emails "as is" because "I will look stupid with grammar and spelling mistakes"   and also because of Mom being busy it means we might end up with fast food for supper, because of Mom's other problems  

Story:

I'm thinking of joining a Participation House Program on Monday and Fridays mostly, But due to my experience at my previous program,  I wrote a list of questions on Thursday and I had originally wanted Mom to look at the questions that day at 5pm.   But then I said it was fine-I thought she might be able to look at it on Sunday,  but she was "panicky"  because she's was worried that "she wouldn't be home (from church/grocery store) in time to cut up fruit for Luna"  before Luna's boyfriend comes to collect the clean laundry Mom does.   So I said she could read them on Monday and it's Monday she said at about 2pm she would be reading my "questions at 3pm"  and "after she sat for awhile" but when i went down at almost 3pm she's was like "I only been sitting for 5 mins"   and then when I went down again at 3:30pm and about 4:30pm  she's was having a nap.   And then she said she would "look at them at 5"     I left to go swimming at 5pm and she's was panicky about not being able to print the tickets for (bard's town) in our province.   So we had a huge fight and she's even threaten to throw me out of the house.    

She did do it at some point when I was in the pool.  Since she told me when I came back in from the pool
