Mom called me a brat because of Dad having a cow about me closing car window on Friday
So I'm still in a bad mood because of the car ride home from my Disabled Summer Camp. Mom called be bratty for "fighting" with Dad. But one of those two things Dad was the one having a hissy fit not me. But let's start one at a time.
After the Disabled Summer Camp presentation Dad went ahead to the parked car outside which is really hot outside with my suitcase when Mom and I stayed inside for a few more minutes- Mom was 1.Looking at the various information about PH and 2.writing Miriam- the manager for DSC- a cheque for me returning at the end of the month for last camp. I was eating a small bag of Doritos. Then Mom and I went to the car- beside the bag of Doritos in my hand- I also was carrying on my back, my backpack, and I had a bag with the painting I did at camp. I barley shut the car door when I got into the car after trying to deal with those 3 things and Dad just zoomed off before I even put my seatbelt on and Mom is like "Stop flapping your mouth and put your seatbelt on". "If you don't shut up, we're leaving you right here and you can find your own way home because you're bratty" (and since I left both my Presto and my bank card at home because of DSC-I would have to walk all the way home) If Dad's *bacon* hot it's his own *Bacon* fault for going ahead when he could have been in the A/C building instead. But I don't like putting my seatbelt on when he's flying off like that and he has done it my entire life.
I would have had more time to put my seatbelt on had Mom and I been the ones to bring the suitcase out because by having to put it in the trunk, I could have time to put the seatbelt on. I rather be able to put my seatbelt on in a still car and not in a moving car but like I said- Dad is always zooming off before everyone has their seatbelts on unless there's like a suitcase or a bundle book to be put in the car.
Another thing I dislike about Dad is on hot days like Friday he has to have all the windows rolled all the way down in the car. I hate the wind in my hair when my hair is presumably already a mess. So i rolled my windows most of the way but not all the way I left like about maybe an inch of room and 1/3 or halfway home Dad starting to have a hissy fit about me doing that and Mom once agian said I was being bratty "We come to get you and your on your worst bratty behaviour as usual" but why do I need fresh air on my right side when the left side is getting plenty of air -it's so windy in the back seat with just the left side being open I think the painting's going to fly away. So how was I being bratty? Its like I'm not allowed to have boundaries with my parents like being able to close the windows as much as I want.
How can they expect me to respect them if they don't respect me in return?
