Mom hates I get upset before bed "every night"

My mom doesn't understand why I get upset every night (only two nights last night and tonight) before I go to bed.
It just with how cold the weather is going to be on Wednesday (be -15C but feel like -25C) it affects my ability to get to work on Wednesdays unless I want to be dropped off on Thursday and that totally destroys any chance of getting (Mexican fast food) that day because knowing my Dad will only want to drop me off but NOT pick me up from the church (aka my work) and even though its only 17 mins by walking when wearing my winter boots, its takes about over 20 mins to walk home.
And also I have to make this decision by at least the 7pm tomorrow so I can write my boss a note about me coming in on Thursday instead.
The ONLY person and place Dad will make a 2nd trip for is to pick Mom up from the train station after she sees my sister because SHE will have a heavy suitcase while all I have is a backpack
