Mom wants me to cry Caribbean punch drink for a "lunch drink"

Background:

So during the school year  I have a once a week morning volunteer job.  So it means I drink Orange juice for breakfast.   Its also means I don't have any lunch drinks.   I used to have "sparking water"  for my lunch drinks but now "Sparking water" is a basically 5 days a week drink.   So what I had done this past year for drinks is Pop 1 week,  choc milk  another week,  pop the week after that,   and then the following weeks it would be apple juice, pop,  apple juice, pop.   Then same as first time back and forth maybe with the occasional small milkshake to have something different.  

Non- lunch drinks-I used to drink an entire Starbucks Frappe bottles.  But I know only like use 1/3 or something of the frappes and its lasts 3 days.     

The only other options at stores are either juice boxes (bunch of garbage),   energy drinks (Monster, Red bull), or more pop/Gatorade.  I see choc milk as a healthier alterative to pop/ice tea. 

Story:

So Mom wanted to know what size the bottle of choc milk I buy.  I couldn't explain the size so Mom finally looked at the bottles today in the grocery store.  She doesn't like how much protein I'm getting or the price is too high.  Can't remember which thing she didn't like.    She's suggested I buy like the a big carton of choc milk but I'm not drinking it every week only like 2-to four or is it two to six weeks.  She's suggested buying a smaller  bottle of  choc milk- but the only smaller bottles of choc  milk either a)are in cardboard trays which means they will spoil faster and 2. it's milkshakes. bottles. 

Mom then suggested I try Caribbean punch.   The only thing remotely Caribbean the family has ever had is Jamaican Patties that's it.   I'm afraid I wouldn't like Caribbean punch.      Why can't I just buy something I know i will like and not have to buy something I might not like?
