Move on
Why moving on is so hard?
It's him who used to tell me that he won't give up on me. But now he's moved on so quickly with someone else and I can't even stop myself from thinking about him

Moving on is harder if a person has not let go.... We cannot embrace new to see possibilities if we are holding on to what if or if we could have a do over etc...
when we let go of our "if Only" ideas that everything will go back to when the relationship was working for both partners. some who seem to move on quickly IMO the relationship was not working for them for a longer time then we think.
Thanks, i know and I'm the one who broke up with him and let him go bcz I knee he wasn't good for me. He cheated on me and I'm trying to accept everything but still I can't move on I don't know what's wrong with me

Nothing is wrong with you. many people hold on to the idea of what was and that is harder to let go of

I'm good. It was like never before experience for me. My life was totally ruined. I lost my career track. There is alot to tell.
