My bf doesn’t love me anymore and I can’t cope.

So I’ve been with my bf for 13 years. We have 3 children together with 2 being his bio children and my first he helped raise.

He use to love me so much but now I can see he doesn’t care like he use to and this breaks my heart and I don’t know how to handle it. I am a mess and crying all the time. He gets tired of it and just starts drinking to drown it out.

I can’t focus on my kids because it’s killing me that he doesn’t want me anymore.

I almost feel like I need to admit myself because I feel worthless.

@practicalSugar2548 ’m so, so sorry you’re feeling this way. What you’re going through is deeply painful—and heartbreaking—and it’s okay to admit that you’re not okay right now. When someone we love drifts away, especially after so many years and children together, it shakes your whole world. You’re not weak for feeling shattered. You’re human.

Please know this: you are not worthless. Your pain is real. Your presence matters—to your kids, to this world, and even here, to people willing to listen and care. You’ve carried so much for so long, and you deserve support, not silence.

If you’re thinking about admitting yourself, that is not a failure—it’s actually one of the bravest things someone can do. Taking care of your mental health is an act of love not just for yourself, but also for your children. You’re allowed to ask for help. You don’t have to be strong alone anymore.

You are still worthy of love, of being chosen, of peace. Please keep talking, crying, letting it out here—we’re here with you. One breath at a time, okay? You're not alone. ❤️

Coping comes in many forms. And it’s not an overnight feeling that goes away. Talking about your feelings help you cope, so you are trying to cope you just haven’t found the solution that helps you yet. Understand that even though you are upset, there was once a time that you were fine without him and you don’t need him to feel okay. You are capable of doing things for yourself, and you just have to find the things and time to be okay by yourself. If you ever wanna just chat and talk about things I’m here.
