My boyfriend might be depressed?

Hello everyone, I'm writing here as a last resort. I have a boyfriend and he's been recently saying he thinks he could be depressed, what can I do to help him out? I suggested therapy, but he is unsure and I'm worried because he is getting worse recently because of stress
