My ex destroyed my self esteem and idk how build up it again
Hello: ) I don't have any self confidence since I got broken up with.I've never felt so ugly. I always had to struggle with that but at least I felt sometimes good because I got reassurance. Help

reassurance and an occasional boost from someone else is great.
I too let another person make me feel less then and ugly...... i wanted to have someone else to boost my thoughts but one person did not just tell me but show me ... my strengths ...... this is long term to count on you. this is not just about looks but you as a person and your abilities.
