My girlfriend of 5 years hasn't loved me in over a year

I feel so sick my girlfriend who i was long distance with for 3 years and lived together for a year broke up with me over the phone while i was visiting family and said she hasn't loved me in over a year.

I thought we were going to get married and grow old together. Everytime I brought up relationship issues she'd just calm me down by saying we were solid and nothing would get between us.

Now im living with my parents again and have to plan a trip to the apartment to move all of my stuff out and she won't even be in the apartment when I move because she's hurt I'm not willing to just stay in my room and grieve alone and want to move away
