Not feeling good enough

I'm so madly in love with my wife...But recently I've had this overwhelming feeling that I'm just not good enough. In every way possible. And I just don't feel like she's attracted to me anymore despite her saying she is. She's giving plenty of reassurance but this feeling just doesn't go away. And I don't know what to do. This sucks.

Was there a reason or behavior that made you think this?
has she been distant or different? Did you notice things differently or just questioning why things are stale?
I think actions and such make a bigger impact on my thoughts then what ever they say when asked.
