Painful relationship
Hi,
I’m a 45-year-old woman, married for 25 years, with two children (7 and 12).
Recently I’ve been going through a very painful situation in my marriage.
My partner often uses very hurtful and disrespectful words toward me, sometimes even in front of our children. It has deeply affected my self-esteem and emotional well-being. I feel broken, exhausted, and very alone.
I’m not looking for judgment or quick advice.
I just need someone kind to listen, help me process my feelings, and support me in rebuilding my confidence and emotional strength.
I want to become stronger, less emotionally dependent, and protect myself from being hurt again.
Thank you for being here and listening.

I'm so sorry you are going through this.
No judgement at all, but there's no justification for the way he's treating you and speaking to you like that.
I hope you know, nothing he says is a reflection of you 💙

Thanks dear, I am trying to find myself again and be kind to myself

A pleasure 💜
So sorry for what you are going through.
No respect = no relationship, but sometimes we choose to stay for many reasons.
Find your reasons, classify it and trust your gut
Are these reasons really worth it?
How long you can coup ?
What is your exit strategy ?
Calm , breaaathe and close your eyes for a few minutes.
Silence!! Shsh shsh
Just noise inside your head.
Breathe again!
Focus on one idea and ignore anything else .
Open your eye >> What is the first thing you really want to do after you open your eyes ?
