Parents'/sister's psychically aggression towards me teaches me being physical is okay?

Background:

I have had psychical altercations  by  Luna and Dad -more Dad then Luna  and occasionally Mom not Mom doesn't happen as often unless she's really mad.  So because of that it just tells me violence is okay-even as an adult. So when I'm in that kind of situation with Dad/Mom I do stuff I technically know better then to do-ie pinch or bite depending on the situation.

I think the other part is when  I was 4-5 year old I was nearly mute I could answer yes/no to questions, but could only say baby words.   So due to that I think I missed or got some kind of stage of development a lot later if I ever did, then I was suppose too.

Story:

So I had two fights about supper with my parents.  It started with Mom because of me being a bit delayed in getting chips/drinks on the table to go with supper so the filling for taco bowls, were cold.  So Mom wanted to heat up the filling for one minute.  And all I wanted to do was to get the food served so I could sit down because except for a 5 second bathroom break- i hadn't sat down since 5:23pm.  Yes until then, I been sitting down most of the day since 10am.

Mom been racing around the house due to icing Cake 1 and 2, for someone to pick up and then making cake 3 for another person.   Then having to bring our laundry in because Luna (my sister) had her boyfriend dropped off her laundry today.    And she has two more loads of Luna's laundry to do.  And also we're both exhausted from Wed (when we went to the mall) and Thursday (Yesterday).

 So when I did not  shut up she said "i'm leaving" went to the hallway in the house and I can't put the filling into the bowls on my own and Dad would have fit if I asked him too. So she told me to "sit down or leave"  and she got a bit physical with me and it made my arms sore.  I was trying not to be made to sit down so in response  I kind of pinched Mom's stomach I know better, but  I was angry, I was upset and I wanted to be able to serve supper (ie get the plates from the kitchen to the table-that's one of my jobs) and Mom said "if you don't sit down in three seconds, you're leaving".   So she started counting thing-so I sat down.

Then to make problems even worse, Dad had to have a *bacon* fight about the same thing I just had a fight with Mom about.  When i told him to shut up he told me to either shut up or leave the house (which he pays for)  and Mom came in and put her hand over my mouth and said "I don't want to hear another word".   So I had to be quiet all supper and when she wanted me to say grace I reminded her I couldn't say a word.

I did apologize afterwards and I know I should have been more patience but come on I wanted to sit down and having to wait one minute for filling to be reheated up.

I think another part of the reason that except for trips into Toronto and to the mall (Wed) I been stuck with both my parents since Covid lockdown in 2020.  I mean I should start another program but there's problems- that's a different story.     There's probably other problems can't think of any example

@Disneywoman

Violence is not okay ever.

It's not an effective way to deal with any situations or emotions.

It only escalates things.

When a child is having a tantrum or a sensory meltdown, it's not easy at all but its important to let a child learn that calmness and not using violence is the only proper coping mechanism.

It's not healthy the way all of you interact 💙

@Amanda84  I know i shouldn't do it.  But when I'm overwhelemed and I'm angry and Mom's hurting me.  It just I wanted to get supper on the table after being on my feet from 5:25-7:08pm when I thought supper was ready.   But no we needed to waste time in warming up the food for one mintue.

Also be being hard of hearing didn't help.  Mom thought i was shreking/yelling at her.  But I didn't think I was.  It just I wanted to sit down.

But because Dad has been physically with me several times  so it just tells me violence is okay even though i know it's not.   It doesn't help I haven't gotten real therapy about Dad's and Luna's behaviour since 2001-2023 except for the two sessions I got for free from a clinic that we had a family doctor for a very short time.    There's a whole thread about it elsewhere on the forum.
