Antidepressants can't be helpful when the thing your life missing is love. Pills will never fulfill this need.

Agreed, a situational depression, anxiety, etc, cannot be fixed by medication.
A situation has to change for the mood to change. Learning that to give love, kindness, and understanding to ourselves is important

I think the issue is that we keep expecting to have love, kindness and care from others, and never think of giving that to ourselves.
