Please Don't...

Getting a little tired of people disregarding everything I say and just telling me to leave. Not only does that not help me feel heard, it's basically a death sentence from my POV. It makes me feel more helpless and somehow even more responsible for what happens to me, which I am trying to avoid!

I get that there are times for it, but do not pretend like it is easy or that it is the answer every time someone has a grievance in their relationship. Especially when I did not ask if I should stay or go.
