Pushing him to make a move
I feel my manager has feelings for me and I do too but he’s being subtle and flirty. Stares, glances, among others. But he isn’t making a concrete move. We are three years apart by the way.
Anyone have any tips to push him to make a move or maybe opinions on why he is moving forward?

Hmm to me flirting is subjective a lot of people do it but don't necessarily want to pursue a relationship.
The questions I would ask myself, How long has this been going on for, without progress?
Do I know for definite, he is actually single and available?
There are always telling reasons for peoples hesitations....
