Re: Relationship Ended

So this is about my last post entitled relationship ended. My main question is after dating for 3 years and basically living together the last couple As mature adults who own our own homes and have a structured life. I'm still in love with her. So what do I do now. I can't contact her anymore really. The only connection I have is a mutual friend who is willing to see where she is at with the possibility of rekindling things. But it may be weeks before they get a chance to meet. I'm still working on myself. Counseling and talking out some of my issues with dealing with anger and not isolating and excluding someone. But now I'm working on a relationship that doesn't exist.. at least not the other side of it. And I'm still stuck in the day that she sent the breakup text. I didn't get to talk to her and didn't get closure. We didn't get to talk past it and part of that is my fault. A lot of it is my fault even on that end. But as I continue on I just Don't know where I'm headed. And I don't know what's waiting in the end. Almost my complete support network went away with her her. I have a couple of friends who I can sort of talk to about a few things but know when I can really talk to about everything like I did with her. And unfortunately I usually only connect with one person like that. And that's the person that I'm dating. That I trust with everything. Any advice?

You may be waiting to get back together with her for 30 or 40 years. I have been in your shoes and it's eye opening but I don't think you need to hear my story at this point.

You are now completely separated and you are free to date other people.  If she ever decides to get back with you, you will have more relationship experience if you date other people,  or you can just focus on self care also..

Take care🌟
