Relationship Problems

I'm currently dating someone who...feels like to much effort. They cheated on my twice now and although she tells me it'll be different, i feel like they're lying. The biggest reasons we even get back together is because 1. We've with each other through our lowest, and 2. We're both the first person we've been intimate with.

She has her own home problems and mainly scared of guys and with saying no to men because what happened in her past, and she also has a.d.d., so I don't think she's like a mean person, or trying to ignore me or sm. But I don't know if I should stay. At this point I'm really trying to be understanding of her past but I can't help but feel hurt. If I stay, how can I be more understanding and be less anxious in our relationship and if I leave, how and why should I do it?

"You’ve given so much love, and I can feel how deeply you care for her. But please don’t forget—you deserve to feel safe, respected, and valued too. It’s okay to care about someone and still choose what’s right for your own healing. I’m here to listen whenever your heart feels heavy."

Hello. I understand that being in a relationship might feel quite new to you, so I hope you wouldn't mind if I shared some of my reflections...

Yes, indeed, some people meet someone at school or when they are teenagers, and they are becoming loves of their lives for each other, staying together for many decades to come. But this seems quite rare.

I believe most people have to check and learn, being through various more or less serious relationships, before they find the right person.

I think there are two extremes to avoid: Being in a relationship which is "too easy", with no depth, and people escaping from that at the sight of any smallest trouble. And remaining for too long in a relationship which is overly complicated and brings too much unhappiness, confusion and pain.

I think a relationship should be nurturing and based on self-growth of two people (sometimes through the problems two people solve together). But it shouldn't be toxic or making our lives too sad and miserable.
