Running out of options for Free-for-all suppers and parents are rude

So this past week been really werid.  I'm been making my own (Free for all/fend for yourselves) suppers Wed, Thursday,  (Friday's sort of counts but I also made supper for Dad that night),  Saturday.  I don't know currently if I'm making my own supper tonight or not-Mom was at a church staff lunch.   I also know I'm also making my own Supper on Tuesday night   But due to making so much of my own suppers this past week  -I'm litereally running out of my options.    If I have to have my own supper tonight it's a frozen Dinner.

But I have used- chill,  Ramyeon (Thursday supper),  I made Quesadillas for Dad and I  Friday,  had Canned Soup on Saturday with a Broccoli, Cerly and Grape salad.    The only options I have left for today is a frozen dinner.   I know I have mini-pizzas to eat but knowing Mom she will probably want Pizza this Friday.   Basically my options have basically tried up expect for my Two pasta dishes (Mac and Cheese/ Tomato and Pasta) and I want to save one for this Thursday- Thursday's the only normal day in the week Mom's is normal is out.

 I'm also Fed up with making my own supper for most of this week I want to have someone else cook and I would prefer it if it wasn't Dad.  He's not a good cook.

But what's my problem is that Mom always makes plans late about what's going to happen abotu supper so it's always up with the air if she's comes home from a food-related event sometimes she will make supper or others like maybe tonight she  might be "too full"    But she never makes a plan until 5pm around the time most people would be eating their supper.  I like to start making my  supper at 5:25pm    But when I'm stressed out about a)not knowing if I'm making my own supper and b)stressed out about the fact I'm running out of options for supper because Mom's not making it.

At 20 to 5 I went downstairs to find out if there was any plan yet and expect for a few phones calls Mom been sleeping since she got home so i can't found out until 5:30pm.  And Dad's was rude saying "You will get supper no matter what"  it';s the "no matter what" because there's a huge difference in me making my own supper again -ie only need to set the table for one person cut up some cuke/veggies) vs setting the table for 3.

@Amanda84  IT's only because I have limited options for supper when I'm been cooking for myself most of this past week.    Wed, Thursday, Saturday,  today and I also have to make my own supper on Tuesday as well  beside the normal Thursday because Mom's been busy for the past week and also Tuesday.

 Last Wed-Dress Rehersal for the play that was being held at the other choice

Thursday-normal Choir Pratice- happens every week expect summers

Friday- play at the other church

Saturday -play at the other church +cast party

Sunday-Mom was too full to make supper from Church Staff Lunch

Tuesday Caroling

Thursday:  Choir pratice like usual

Last Friday's an expectation because I made supper for 2 -Dad and I.    Because I wanted some excuse to use the oven and I didn't think there was a point in using the oven for one person and I'm afraid of the Toaster Oven.

So i have used up all my  options up expect for the Frozen Pizza/egg-related dishes or the pasta dishes I really want to save for Thursdays only.    It's getting to the point of needing to eat "Dad food" and he's a terrible cook.

@Amanda84 let's see

He's such a bad cook that he can literally has burn Chinese leftovers.

He's put lemon juice on a Wardof  salad

He put too much oil and too little cheese on what I assume is supposed to have been a Cheesy  Cauliflower Casserole.  He barley grated any cheese for it.

Made Meatloaf which had no taste in 2019,  so the next time he made it,  I insisted he used my cookbook.

@Amanda84

And that's leaving me with basically nothing but Pasta dishes and as I said I want to save those for Thursdays or Frozen Pizza   and I'm pretty sure if I have 0 ideas for supper this Wednesday night (when Mom makes the meal plan for the coming week)- that she will want to have Pizza on Friday as well because that normally what she has me make every other Friday  on a normal week is Pizza.

and eggs dishes which I'm not in the mood for .  i'm also running  out of sides for suppers as well.    I  had Tossed salad on Wed,   had Kimchi Thursday,   made Caesar salad for Dad and I on Friday,  I had Brocclic, Cerlery and Grapes Saturday  and today I had cut-up Veggies.

I'm sorry, I have to cook everything myself, I understand the annoyance of trying to think of what to cook 😊

@Amanda84   I just want a week where Mom does most of the cooking  like normal expect for Thursday and Fridays (I Live with my parents)  and Mom normally does the cooking most of the week  expect for Thursdays (when I make my own supper, normally the only day of the week I do so) and Fridays when I make supper for 3.
