I'm currently three weeks in grieving and being depressed after finding out my partner been cheating on me the past two months, I always known the type of person he was and I always told my self to prepare, and over time two kids together after five years he cheats and with a family friend of his and it got me hard because who the person was but anyways now that it's been three weeks and I'm sleeping in a seperate room and keeping my distance my husband gave me my space and it sucked I don't think he clearly understands how bad this hurts and how I feel he distroyed our relationship especially my trust , and like this is my second marriage my first marriage was traumatic and I left after 8 years , so now I feel like I'm repeating that cycle and I'm feeling defeated!!! Like I lost at life or relationship idk , but I'm at the point where I want to give this a chance but I already know I need to use this time to prepare myself to leave because I don't have high hopes now that I feel this marriage it's just a repetition of my past . Idk if marriage counseling will help us or if it will work.

@casiacara95

It's worth giving marriage counselling a go, if you want the relationship to work.

But he needs to start putting in the work.

Not being so disrespectful

And taking you for granted

He has no right to cheat.

You don't deserve that.

You deserve happiness and to be prioritised and I hope this happens for you going forward.

Don't settle 💚
