My former girlfriend was supposed to be here with me on this family vacation. I feel so incredibly lonely even amongst family - it makes no sense and is frankly ridiculous of me to be this way.
She made the right decision for herself by ending the relationship. The fallout that I’m struggling with is just so much. I feel so stupid grieving this way around family.

@sunnyVase9732 Well, few people can accept a breakup and immediately the next day be happy as before. This is normal, and you have to survive it. Everyone experiences it in their own way. But the most important thing is that it is time to draw conclusions. Maybe you can spend more time with your family, give them time. Maybe some internal things, right? In any case, do not lose heart, this happens to many, what is important is how you get out of the situation and I believe that you can!
